Support
Discord
Our Discord server is the primary support channel. Open a ticket and include:
- The script name and the version you downloaded
- Your framework and version — VORP, RSG Core, RedEM:RP or standalone
- Your RedM artifact build
- The full console error, as text rather than a screenshot where possible
- What you have already tried
Paste text, not screenshots
A screenshot of one line usually hides the line that actually mattered. Copy the console output as text — it is faster for you and far faster for us.
Redact your credentials
Never paste an unedited server.cfg. It contains your CFX license key and database password. Remove both before sharing.
Before you ask
You will get a working answer far faster if you have already:
- Read the script's own page under Scripts in the sidebar.
- Checked Common Issues.
- Confirmed the resource matches your framework.
- Read the full console output, from the first red line onward.
Roughly speaking, four causes account for most reported failures: wrong framework, wrong load order, a missing dependency, or SQL that was never imported.
GitHub
Development is tracked publicly at github.com/redmorrow. Issues and pull requests are welcome on any repository that is public.
Bug reports & feature requests
Reports with clear reproduction steps get prioritised. The most useful bug report tells us:
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- The exact steps to reproduce it from a clean start
- Whether it still happens with only that resource and the framework running
Feature requests are welcome through the same channel.
TIP
Please don't DM staff for support — tickets keep everything tracked and let any available team member help you.
